Forbes is pleased to have provided legal advice on the opening of the new Black Bull at Rimington, which opens its doors to the public on Monday 7 December 2009.

The new owners Stephen Hodgson and Katherine Lachance decided to embark on the new adventure after cycling past the Black Bull and seeing it was closed, "we felt really strongly that a pub should be at the heart of this picturesque village", said Katherine.

The pub has undergone an extensive renovation and will have a French theme running throughout the four different dining areas. Mickael Aiglemont will be the Chef Patron heading the team in the kitchen and Simon Learoyd is in charge of Service and Front of House.

Forbes provided commercial property advice for the project, Adam Bromley of Forbes comments, "We were really pleased to be involved in the opening of the Black Bull at Rimington, the pub is in a fantastic location and it was great to work with Stephen and Katherine who are both passionate about what they do."
