Forbes Solicitors recently acted in the sale of Morgan Lambert Limited, a provider of services designed to assist Social Housing Providers in managing their gas activities, to Millington Lord Limited for £1.3 million
Forbes Solicitors provided legal advice to the owners of Morgan Lambert Limited, Vic and Jo Lord on the sale of the family run business, to their son Michael Lord and his business partner Simon Millington.
Morgan Lambert Ltd provides a package of services across the UK for registered social landlords such as housing associations and local authorities, assisting them to comply with the Gas Safety (Installation and use) Regulations 1998.

Upon taking control of the company, new owners Michael and Simon said "In the last five years the company has grown four-fold. We are keen to continue this growth and ensure the security of the existing staff. It's a very exciting time for the company."
