Forbes Solicitors recently acted on behalf of Concept4 in purchasing the assets of Fusion Web Development Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Nelson based Concept4, a national marketing and branding agency who have a particular focus on educational programmes acquired the assets of Chorley based Fusion Web Development Limited who specialise in creating bespoke online solutions and Apps. The deal will now enable Concept4 to provide more dynamic, creative and sophisticated products to its clients.
Pauline Rigby of the Business team commented, "This is a great deal for all parties involved who will now be able to work together to provide some exciting products for the future.
