James qualified as a Solicitor in October 2004. He has extensive experience of motoring law and has conducted many successful trials on behalf of clients. James is also a Duty Solicitor for both Court and Police Station.
James has represented many clients for a variety of motoring allegations from minor motoring violations to serious allegations before the Crown Court such as death by dangerous driving.
He has extensive experience in advancing special reasons and exceptional hardship before the law courts and have obtained successful outcomes allowing clients to retain their driving licenses, regularly representing clients for drink or drug related motoring offences.
James has represented individuals and companies before the traffic commission. Successfully represented haulage companies and taxi operators who have been prosecuted by VOSA. He has also defended taxi drivers who have had their hackney or private hire licenses revoked by the council. They have successfully appealed to the court and have had their licenses returned.
