About Justine

Justine is a Partner and Solicitor - Advocate, who Heads the division of the Housing Litigation Team which operates out of our Leeds office.

Justine has 18 years' experience in the social housing sector and deals with a wide-range of housing management, asset management and complex litigation cases.

Justine focuses on housing and asset management where her experience and expertise are well-known.

In addition to heading the Leeds Housing Team, Justine also heads the successful Housing and Regeneration Asset Management team.

The Asset Management Team is responsible for designing and delivering bespoke disrepair claims handling packages, which have a proven track record of reducing costs, reducing claim turn around times and streamlining clients' internal processes.

The Asset Management Team has been appointed as sole provider of disrepair claims management services for a number of large registered providers. A registered provider client with over 30,000 properties says: "Through working collaboratively with Justine, we have established an effective approach to handling and processing disrepair claims which ensures compliance with the disrepair protocol, whilst generating significant savings in cost, time and resources for the client. The effectiveness of the relationship between us, has produced fantastic results in reducing average claim time from 159 days down to 36.5 days."

Justine has a wealth of experience in unlawful eviction, discrimination claims, trust issues, allocations, homelessness, anti-social behaviour and possession claims.
