Amy is an experienced employment solicitor who trained with Forbes and qualified in 2009. She advises across a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Amy works with clients predominately in the private sector in a variety of industry sectors including retail, hospitality, manufacturing and financial services.
She provides assistance with day-to-day HR issues, including strategic advice on disciplinary and grievance processes, sickness absence management and performance issues. She also provides advice on the employment aspects of restructures, transfers, mergers and acquisitions.
Amy has experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy in claims for breach of contract, unfair dismissal, discrimination and claims arising out of TUPE transfers.
Amy regularly speaks at events on a variety of topics and provides bespoke in house training courses to clients.
