Trishna trained with the firm and qualified into the Employment department in September 2018.
Trishna has experience acting for both public sector and private sector clients, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Trishna has built up a range of experience advising on both day-to-day HR queries, providing practical and comprehensive legal advice and support with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and performance management processes.
Trishna also has experience with corporate support, assisting our Corporate Team during mergers and acquisitions with potential TUPE implications, carrying out due diligence and drafting consultancy agreements with individuals.
Trishna particularly enjoys getting involved with Employment Tribunal claims and regularly speaks at events, providing Employment Law updates and is able to provide bespoke in house training courses for clients.
Trishna is also able to assist with drafting all necessary documents and negotiating settlement agreements on behalf of both employee and employer.
