Lara is a Solicitor in the Housing and Regeneration Department. She represents Social Landlords and Local Authorities in relation to a wide array of housing management work.
Lara represents clients in relation to all aspects of tenancy enforcement including injunction, possession and committal proceedings under the provisions of Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014. Lara also deals with other breach of tenancy cases in relation to access for gas safety, untidy gardens, pets and hoarding.
Lara is involved in preparing and delivering training to clients to assist them in dealing with tenancy enforcement issues in-house.
