Michael is a partner and also head of the firm's dispute resolution team. Michael qualified in 2006 and specialises in commercial dispute resolution dealing with a broad range of litigation arising from contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership issues along with personal and corporate insolvency and property litigation.
Prior to joining Forbes Michael spent 8 years at an international law firm working for large insurer client's dealing with litigation arising from property damage within the firm's commercial insurance sector. Michael spent a number of years leading a team of lawyers based in-house, working in-house gave Michael a unique opportunity to work closely with his client and Michael understands the importance of getting to know how his client's operate and their priorities.
