Stuart joined the Employment team at Forbes in 2019 as an HR Business Partner. In this role he advises clients on the implementation of different HR policies, practices and systems.
Stuart also works directly with clients who require in-house support for employee investigations, hearings and appeals. He regularly conducts these processes on behalf of a broad range of clients, providing an impartial and balanced view on internal matters, and ensuring outcomes are reached in line with best practice and current employment legislation.
Stuart's specialisms also include business change support for HR projects such as restructuring, contractual changes, redundancy and TUPE. He also provides training and guidance to clients, supporting them to effectively and proactively deal with HR issues.
An associate member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), Stuart has eight years' experience in HR, most recently working as an HR consultant to businesses across various sectors including manufacturing, retail construction and leisure and hospitality. Prior to this he worked in-house in HR and commercial management roles within the retail sector.
