Mohammed qualified as a solicitor in September 2021, having completed his training with the firm.
He works predominantly with commercial clients across multiple sectors on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Mohammed regularly advises employers on a range of day-to-day employment law issues, such as sickness absence management, performance issues and handling disciplinary and grievance matters. He also supports clients on drafting, negotiating, and advising on settlement agreements as well as drafting and reviewing of contracts, policies and procedures.
