About Laura

Laura has over 16 years' experience of working in a Legal environment. She worked for a Housing Association for 10 years in their in-house Legal Team. Laura then joined the Legal Land Team in Homes England for 4 years as a Paralegal.

Laura's experience working for Homes England included reviewing title documents, dealing with restrictions on title, reviewing charges, transfers and other deeds, providing advice on these deeds, providing support to the Solicitors in the team and dealing with a variety of queries relating to title documents.

Laura joined the Housing and Regeneration team (Property) in 2021 and her duties include dealing with a wide range of Development transactions for our Housing Associations clients (dealing with sales/purchases/acquisitions of development sites etc).

Laura is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive.
