About Claire

Claire is a Paralegal in the Home Ownership Team within the Housing and Regeneration Department. Claire has 4 years' experience acting for Registered Providers and deals with shared ownership and open market plot sales including off plan sales. Claire also deals with staircasing and resales, preparation of licences to assign, deeds of covenant and collection of sinking fund repayments.

Claire is currently studying for her CILEX qualification.
