Richard is a Senior Associate in the Employment team with considerable experience in a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment work. He was included recently in the Legal 500 as "a name to note"
Richard particularly specialises in acting on Corporate matters and transactions, providing support and guidance on complex TUPE and contractual employment issues with a strong commercial approach.
He is also highly experienced in dealing with a wide range of day to day employment issues, including disciplinary, grievance and capability issues. As well as this he has also acted on a number of senior exits, involving various complex legal and commercial issues.
Richard has expertise in a wide range of sectors, including retail, manufacturing and religious law.
