Ifra is a Solicitor in the Housing and Regeneration (Litigation) Department. Ifra has been a qualified solicitor since 2020 and now acts in a range of matters within the Residential landlord and tenant sector. She works and advises on cases in relation to disrepair claims, counterclaims and possession claims.
Ifra has over 4 years of civil litigation experience and has worked on a range of small track claims within the motor recoveries, uninsured losses and personal injury departments. She has had Clients ranging from large nationwide Client insurers including Liverpool Victoria, Axa Insurance and lots more; as well as private individual Clients.
Ifra also has over 6 years of commercial and banking experience. This has allowed her to expand her knowledge of numerous governing bodies including the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.
Ifra is multilingual and can speak Urdu and Punjabi. She is also actively involved in charity work and politics. Her great communication skills can be seen with her contact with her Clients. Her background experiences and skills are beneficial for the firm.
