Lucy heads Forbes' Housing and Regeneration (Property) Department and is a specialist housing and regeneration property lawyer.
Lucy's specialism lies in acting for housing associations in connection with development and regeneration, site acquisitions, development agreements, joint ventures, s106 Agreements, leases (including commercial leases), infrastructure agreements, easements, property sales and acquisitions, shared ownership, nomination agreements, supported housing schemes and leases, service level and management agreements, green energy retrofit schemes, right to buy, right to acquire, stock transfers.
Lucy is past Chair of The Association of Women in Property North West, is a board member of Your Tung Sing and was named Lawyer of the Year at the Women in Construction Awards 2012.
