Lisa Hale

Framework: Business Administration

One of Forbes' 'success stories' is Lisa Hale. Lisa left school and thereafter went to college to study, but wasn't sure which path she wanted to go down in later life. Lisa then came to Forbes through a career advice service and started with the firm as an Apprentice, working as a Trainee Secretary within the Crown Court Department at the Preston Office.

Lisa completed the Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration and progressed in her role from a Trainee Secretary to a Secretary, where she worked for two years alongside a Crown Court Solicitor. During this role Lisa gained experience and further qualifications such as her 50wpm Touch Typing Certificate and RSA Legal Text Processing Certificates.

Lisa then moved on within the firm and became a Trainee Trainer working in the Training Department based in Blackburn

Lisa developed into her new career and after successfully completing further qualifications, such as her CIPD in Training Practice and her A1 Assessor Award, Lisa became an Applications and Apprenticeship Trainer, helping the firm's Apprentices on their BTEC Administration programme. Lisa continues to work at Forbes and now works in the IT Department.
