Acquisition and Disposal of Land

If you are buying land as a developer, a key requirement is to investigate all aspects of the land in question, and to ensure that your development and onwards sales and lettings all go through smoothly.

As a seller, you want to ensure the land value is protected and that the framework is in place to ensure a smooth sale. We can assist with:

Planning and Infrastructure

As part of the development process. you will need to ensure that various key documentation is in place to enable planning, and for development infrastructure to be up in place. We can assit with:
