Support Staff routes

For those individuals who are looking to progress within the firm in a supporting role rather than fee earning capacity, there are several options available.

Many of the firm's 173 support staff employees started within the organisation as a Trainee Office Clerk or Trainee Secretary and have progressed to more senior positions within the same department or have progressed to one of the practice support areas.
