About Nick

Nick joined the firm as a Trainee Paralegal in September 2018 where he worked in the Forbes Collect team before moving to the Corporate team in January 2020. He graduated from UCLan with an Upper Second-Class Honours Law Degree.

Nick works within the Corporate Department assisting specialist solicitors including the head of department on major transactions such as; producing and drafting contractual agreements and ancillary documentation for client matters.

He is also involved in filing documents at Companies House, legal research as well as managing files and diaries. Nick undertakes legal research to provide information and updates for clients.
