New Business Assistant, Marketing and Business Development, Northgate, Blackburn, Ref 1006

Role
Forbes Solicitors are looking for a New Business Assistant to join the New Business Team at our Northgate Office. This is a full time role working 36.25 hours per week, Monday- Friday, based at our Blackburn Office with the option for hybrid working available.

The New Business team focuses on providing potential new clients with informed and professional responses to new enquiries by telephone and e-mail.  The department’s primary focus is to build trust and have empathy with all clients, in order to provide a professional service, based on the clients’ individual circumstances, with the aim of building a long-lasting relationship with every client.

New Business within the Firm can be generated from clients making initial enquires either via the telephone or online.  As a new enquiry is received, it is important to quickly identify the facts of the enquiry and to record the information received accurately into our internal system.  It is important when talking to the client that we gain information that is relevant, in order to accurately assess how the Firm as a whole may be able to assist them and to clearly articulate how this will happen.

The New Business department is an extremely busy environment and therefore, every team member must have the ability to work under pressure, have a ‘can do’ attitude, be highly responsive and be able to work independently and manage their own workload.

Organisation
Forbes Solicitors offer the full range of legal services to individuals, commercial clients and a number of specialist sectors where we excel nationally.
