For one fixed price which can be paid monthly; quarterly or annually; you will receive dedicated support and training giving you assurance that you and your DPO are meeting your compliance requirements and support is on hand whenever it is needed. We will support your DPO with handling subject access requests, managing data breaches and any other data protection related queries to ensure your DPO can effectively balance the duties they are required to perform under the GDPR.

Forbes will help your DPO to ensure you are GDPR compliant and our packages can be flexible to meet your individual needs. This includes:

  • Data protection training for your DPO;

  • 6 newsletters/e-bulletins dedicated to data protection issues for your DPO;

  • Review of data protection policies and procedures;

  • DPO support telephone and email helpline for up to 1 hour per month;

  • 1 day attendance on site at your organisation;

  • Additional days on site; additional telephone support; staff training days and GDPR readiness packages can be provided as optional extras subject to quotation.
