Forbes Appointed To National Public Sector Legal Services Framework
Following a competitive tender process, Forbes has been appointed to a national framework to provide legal services to the Public Sector.

We are delighted to have been appointed to all seven LOTs:
Lot 1 – National One Stop Shop
Lot 2 – Legal Services: Human Resources, Pensions and People
Lot 3 – Legal Services: Academy Conversion and Post Conversion Services
Lot 4 – Legal Services: Property
Lot 5 – Legal Services: Commercial – Contracts, Procurement, Governance and Related Matters.
Lot 6 – Legal Services: Dispute Resolution and Litigation
Lot 7 – Legal Services for Higher Education
The National Framework for the provision of Legal Services is hosted by University of Essex, and Dukefield Procurement are the framework contract managers. This framework has been developed for any public sector organisation with a requirement for these products and services.
Dukefield Procurement said: “We are pleased to confirm that Forbes Solicitors has been awarded a place on the National Public Sector Legal Services Framework, enabling education providers and public sector organisations to benefit from their expertise.”
Following this appointment, Forbes will now be able to receive legal instructions from public sector bodies supported by the procurement organisation.
