Forbes secures £420 PI settlement for taxi passenger injury

Forbes Solicitors has secured a £420 compensation settlement for a man who sustained neck, back and shoulder injuries following a road traffic accident.

The incident occurred December 2024, when the Claimant was travelling as a rear-seat passenger on the passenger side of a taxi heading from his home to the town centre. During the journey, the taxi collided with the rear of another vehicle.

Following the accident, the Claimant contacted Forbes Solicitors to pursue a personal injury claim. Once contracted the Defendant promptly admitted liability. A medical report was obtained, and the claim was processed under the fixed OIC tariff.
