£10,000 Win for Injured Driver After Tractor Crash Dispute Settled
A motorist who suffered multiple injuries, has secured a £10,000 settlement, with the help of Forbes Solicitors.

The accident happened in July 2022, which saw a tractor pull out from a side road into the drivers path. The Claimant sustained injuries such as neck, shoulder and back pain, wrist and hip bruising, chest pain and swollen feet, with the Defendant initially denying responsibility. They claimed the driver hit a stationary tractor waiting at the junction.
After legal proceedings, insurers agreed to a 50/50 split, with Forbes Solicitors’ personal injury expert John Bennett securing a £10,000 payout, representing half of the total claims value.
