£150,000 Settlement Secured for Passenger in Devastating RTA

The day of the accident : 2022

The claimant was a passenger in a vehicle which turned right across the path of another at a junction controlled by traffic lights. The driver failed to realise the lights were against them. The claimant had to be cut out of the vehicle.
