Do you agree with Unite’s general secretary Sharon Graham’s comments that the revised New Deal “has more holes in it than Swiss cheese”. Will the Conservatives continue their path of change, possibly implementing even more employment law revisions in 2024? The tight-lipped Tories have actually said very little about their plans for employment law, however, with a recent emphasis on “smarter regulation to grow the economy” it follows that their aim will be deregulatory.
