Adam Estell

Adam is a Solicitor in Forbes’ Commercial department, having joined the firm in 2022. Adam advises clients across a broad range of commercial and intellectual property matters.

He has experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad variety of commercial agreements, ranging between terms and conditions, SaaS agreements, distribution agreements, construction contracts and complex framework agreements. Adam works closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused solutions that support their strategic objectives.

In addition to his commercial work, Adam is also experienced in intellectual property matters. He supports clients with the protection and enforcement of their rights, including the preparation and prosecution of trade mark applications, as well as advising on and resolving intellectual property disputes.

Adam has also acted on a range of niche matters, including negotiating publishing agreements, advising on trade mark and intellectual property strategy, and advising on and drafting contracts for use in international supply chains.
