Cameron Shaw

Cameron joined Forbes in May 2025, after qualifying as a solicitor in September 2021. Cameron works in the corporate team at Forbes and is based in our Manchester office. He has a number of years of experience working on a variety of corporate transactions, including corporate reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals and shareholders agreements (amongst other things).

Cameron acts for a wide range of clients, from shareholders who are starting out on their business journey to more longer established businesses that are looking at ways of preparing for a sale or an investment.
