Charlotte is the Senior People and Strategic Projects Business Partner and is responsible for driving and shaping strategic people initiatives, managing key operational projects, supporting organisational change, and partnering with senior leadership to enable a high performing workforce.

Charlotte has worked in HR for 10 years and gained her Masters qualification in Human Resource Management in 2019. Charlotte has a range of experience, working in varying industries including Housing, Engineering and Charity before moving to Professional Services.
