Dan Bickerstaffe

Dan is an established North West employment law Partner, with over 26 years of employment law experience.

Dan has been recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners as a leading northwest individual for a number of years and has been included in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame.  Dan is known for his straightforward, commercial and effective style and is described in the latest edition of Chambers & Partners as “both legally and commercially exceptional” and “consistently provides clear and comprehensive advice tailored to our organisation.  I cannot rate him highly enough”.

Whilst Dan covers the full range of employment issues, and has acted for many significant corporate clients over many years, he is perhaps best known for his advice on TUPE and guiding employers through large-scale restructuring and change programmes.. Dan uses all his experience to provide practical solutions that work in the real world. He has advised numerous household name clients from many different sectors including chemicals, hospitality and leisure, travel, manufacturing and professional services.

Outside of work, Dan is a Manchester City season ticket holder.
