Dawn is an experienced Legal Executive who works solely within the Contentious Trusts and Probate team. Dawn supports the team in assisting on a range of matters including:

  • Claims for reasonable financial provision pursuant to the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975;

  • Contesting the validity of a Will, for example on the basis of undue influence, lack of capacity, or lack of knowledge or approval of the terms of the Will;

  • Breach of trust; - Trusts of Land disputes.
