Emma Rhodes

Emma is responsible for the effective management and continual improvement of Forbes’ ISO Management Systems, including ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 22301 (Business Continuity).

In this capacity, she ensures that the firm maintains compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and certification requirements. Emma also provides strategic support to the firmwide Risk Management Partner and the IT Director in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of organisational risk.

Since joining Forbes in 1991, Emma has accumulated extensive experience across multiple departments. She previously managed the Training Department for several years before the ISO compliance and risk management functions developed into a distinct role within the firm.

In her current position, Emma leads the Quality Department and plays a central role in ensuring adherence to established processes, procedures, and policies. Her background in training has equipped her with the skills to conduct rigorous internal audits, identify areas for enhancement, and work collaboratively with departments to strengthen service delivery. She also supports staff development by enhancing compliance knowledge and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
