Frank McElduff

Frank is a Senior Associate with over 18 years of experience in employment law.

Throughout his career he has worked across the charity, public, education and private sector, advising a broad breath of clients from sole practitioners to multi-national companies.

Frank deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters and has advised on the full spectrum of employment law issues including disciplinaries, grievance issues, TUPE, restructures and has gained particular experience in discrimination matters. Frank also has experience in undertaking and providing advice and guidance on complex, sensitive workplace investigations and processes.

Frank prides himself at establishing and maintaining great relationships with his clients providing pragmatic and commercial advice with a down to earth approach.
