Gemma Catlow

Gemma is a Legal Executive in the Corporate team, specialising in corporate transactions. Gemma has a strong foundation in asset sales and purchases, particularly in the hospitality sector, as well as playing a key role in supporting mergers and acquisitions, internal company restructures and shareholder agreements.  Gemma assists in drafting and reviewing key documents, conducting due diligence, and managing transaction processes from initial instruction through to post-completion.
