Jacob Prior

Jacob is a solicitor in the Corporate department at Forbes. He joined the firm as a Corporate paralegal after graduating in 2022, before commencing his training contract in 2023 and qualifying as a solicitor in April 2025.

During his period of training, Jacob gained extensive experience and early exposure to a broad range of Corporate disciplines, completing seats in both the Corporate and Commercial departments.

Jacob acts for clients in connection with a wide range of Corporate matters across multiple industries, supporting businesses of all sizes.
