Lauren Beaumont

Before transitioning into law, Lauren graduated with a degree in Biomedical Science. After completing the Solicitors Qualification Examination, Lauren qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023 and joined the Forbes’ Employment department in October 2025.

Lauren has considerable experience across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, and has supported across a multitude of Employment Tribunal claims, including complex claims for discrimination and whistleblowing. She also supports individuals with exit negotiations and settlement agreements.

Lauren prides herself on delivering pragmatic solutions for clients and going the extra mile.
