Had an accident at work and at first wasn’t going to claim but ended up with a scar on my face. Having used Forbes in the past and knowing Peter Dugdale I rang and had an informal chat with Peter who put me in touch with Michelle. The company I work for isn’t the best and this made me apprehensive about claiming but after talking to both Michelle and Peter realised whether I claimed or not the company I work for would still cause me problems. Once I started the claim everything went like clockwork and Michelle dealt with everything so it was one less worry for me.
