Millie McGrath

Paralegal, Housing & Regeneration

Millie McGrath

Having graduated from the University of Lancaster with a LLB Hons degree in Law in 2021, Millie began working as a Civil Court Clerk in the County Court at Manchester where she worked closely with the Designated Civil Judge, assisted the Judiciary with their case management and drafted Court Orders. As a Court Clerk, Millie observed a wide range of civil proceedings, from initial hearings to trials and appeals in both the County Court and High Court.

It was during this time that Millie's specific interest in housing litigation began. Having joined Forbes as a Paralegal in 2023, Millie draws upon her litigation and drafting experience whilst working closely with Partners and Associates, drafting witness evidence and Court papers and liaising directly with Housing Associations in a variety of injunction and possession proceedings involving anti-social behaviour, housing management and gas access.
