Nichola is an experienced criminal lawyer with over 25 years' experience in Criminal Law representing those accused of the most serious of criminal offences.
Nichola specialises in offences of fraud, murder and sexual offences. She is a member of the Specialist Crime Division and is approved by the Legal Aid Agency for the purposes of VHCC cases.
Nichola frequently defends those charged with serious organised crime and has recently enjoyed success in the largest fraud case the country has ever known securing an acquittal for her client. She has also recently been involved and received great success in high profile attempt murder and sexual offence cases.
Nichola is regularly instructed in criminal fraud work including MTIC fraud, Carbon Credit fraud, Mortgage fraud, Banking fraud, Revenue fraud, Boiler room fraud and all aspects of Money Laundering.
She has been an Accredited Police Station Representative for almost 20 years and regularly attends the Police Station to deal with all aspects of criminal cases.
