Nicola Rushton is a Senior Associate specialising, over the past 15 years, in high-net-worth financial remedy proceedings for both married and unmarried couples, including maintenance, pension sharing, complex division of family business assets and property division. She is increasingly sought after by business owners to assist with the division of assets on divorce and separation.
