About Jenny

Jenny is an experienced Partner in the Corporate Department, leading on high value and complex transactions and with experience in the full range of corporate services, including mergers and acquisitions, internal restructures, demergers, banking work, investments and implementation of tax schemes. In addition, Jenny provides advice to businesses on general company law matters such as directors' duties, compliance, finance and banking.

Jenny focuses on both the technology, leisure and tourism and care sectors as well as supporting the firms core clients across the manufacturing and engineering sectors. She is experienced on acting for both purchasers, sellers and financial institutions and has established relationships with accounting practices, banks, insolvency practices and financial advisers across the Northwest, particularly in the Greater Manchester area.

Jenny has advised clients on cross jurisdictional and international transactions and has strong contacts internationally with specialist advisers. Jenny also supports companies in implementing Employee Ownership Trusts and advises companies, shareholders, finance providers and other professionals on the EOT journey including the tax treatment and benefits of such schemes.
