About Georgina

Georgina is an experienced commercial litigator with expertise in all of the following areas: commercial contracts (supply/service/projects), landlord & tenant claims including dilapidations, (commercial and residential), company/shareholder disputes, post-employment claims (restrictive covenants/settlement agreement breaches), and professional negligence.

She also has a wealth of experience in fast track and multi-track actions for both businesses and consumers.

Georgina regularly deals with actions in both the County and High Court as well as the Land Tribunal, including commercial arbitrations, expert determinations and mediations.
