Ashleigh joined the employment team in August 2022 after completing her Legal Practice Course and Masters of Law at Manchester BPP University.
Within the employment team Ashleigh assists her colleagues in providing advice and support to Clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including:
- Providing written and verbal advice on day-to-day HR queries such as disciplinaries, dismissals, grievances, sickness absence and conducting investigations.
- Reviewing and drafting a range of employment law policies.
- Communicating with Clients, opponents, Tribunals and third parties to progress files
- Drafting/preparing documents and supporting on Tribunal hearings for a wide variety of hearings including cases of Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination and Whistle blowing.
- Researching complex areas of law
Ashleigh also provides advice and support on Business Immigration matters including guiding applicants through the skilled worker visa application process.
