About Nicola

Nicola is a Senior Associate and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law. Nicola initially practised both Criminal Law and Family Law. Her speciality in the last 15 years lies in Financial Remedy disputes following relationship breakdown for both married and unmarried couples, including Maintenance, Pension Sharing, and complex division of Family business assets and property division. Nicola is a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and Resolution. In joining Forbes Family Law Team, Nicola's experience of 'high net worth' and complex asset division cases, ensures she can continue to assist clients with Financial Remedy matters with clients continuing to instruct her from all over England and Wales.

Nicola has a great enthusiasm for the work that she does, taking care to provide support for her clients both through her knowledge of the law, and the remedies it provides ensuring a holistic approach to such problems, offering bespoke solutions to difficult and complex matters.
