Robab qualified as a solicitor in 2025 and is based within our Manchester office.

She advises employers on a broad range of employment law matters, offering clear and pragmatic guidance on day-to-day HR and employee related issues. Her experience includes advising on employment contracts, internal policies and settlement agreements. In addition to this, Robab also has a wide range of experience on managing internal procedures such as sickness absences, disciplinaries and capability processes.

Robab regularly delivers training sessions and provides updates on key developments, helping clients stay informed and compliant.
