Simon Ost

Simon is a partner in the Employment Team. He has over 25 years of experience and expertise dealing with the full range of employment issues including both contentious and non-contentious matters. He is trusted by various blue-chip corporates in the chemicals, hospitality, manufacturing and charitable sectors.   A large part of Simon’s work involves navigating employers through large scale change projects and restructures, defending employers against high value, sensitive and complex litigation, and, solving difficult employment related issues for clients.  Simon also has a rarely found expertise in trade union and industrial relations issues which is regularly called upon.

Simon spent the first 15 years of professional life working in Manchester and for the last decade he has been based in Liverpool.
