Tim is a Partner having joined the firm in 2009.Tim has a wide range of experience in defending claims against Local Authorities and Land Owners. Tim's work includes Employers, Occupiers and Public liability claims and he specialises in Environmental claims, particularly claims involving trees and also Japanese Knotweed claims.Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Tim worked as a Construction Engineer and also as an Insurance Loss Adjuster.
