£4k Settlement Aldi Supermarket Trip
Forbes Solicitors has secured a settlement for a client after they were left with injuries following an accident in an Aldi Supermarket.

The day of the accident : 02 January 2025
The Claimant had attended Aldi Supermarket to purchase some shopping. As they reached for some mince pies, they stepped out and tripped over a clothes airer that had been left in the aisle. The Claimant suffered arm and shoulder injuries because of falling over the clothes airer. The incident was caught on CCTV.
Making the personal injury claim
Following the accident, the claimant contacted Forbes Solicitors to make a claim for the the injuries they had suffered. When Forbes Solicitors contact the Defendants, the Defendants insurers admitted liability for the accident straight away. Negotiations between the parties followed and settlement was agreed.
