Pedestrian Back Injury Claim £3,000 Settlement After RTA

The day of the accident : August 2024

The Claimant had arrived home from work and noticed the Defendant was blocking the driveway to the property.  An altercation took place between the Claimant and the Defendant, which resulted in the Defendant reversing their vehicle into collision with the Claimant, causing an exacerbation of a pre-existing back problem.

Making the personal injury claim
